Girls in Business Program

The Girls in Business Program is a signature series of seminars created for girls in 8th through 10th grades (ages 13–16). This program empowers young women to explore entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal growth through hands-on learning, mentorship, and creative collaboration.

Throughout the program, participants will:
• Develop a comprehensive business plan guided by experienced mentors and peers.
• Learn essential skills in branding, marketing, public relations, and financial literacy.
• Participate in a team-building retreat and professional etiquette workshop.
• Build confidence through public speaking and presentation training.
• Present their business ideas in our inspiring A Girl’s Gift Business Plan Competition, presented in a fun and supportive “Shark Tank” style format.

By the end of the program, each participant will have a well-developed business plan and the confidence to pitch her ideas to family, friends, and potential investors.

Program Commitment
Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions to gain the full benefit of the experience. Sessions are held on Sundays, and the program includes a combination of workshops, mentorship opportunities, and one-on-one sessions.

Next Program Session
The next Girls in Business Program will begin in March 2026 and will continue through May 2026, concluding with our Business Plan Competition and Awards Ceremony in May.
